How and when will I receive my tickets?
1. Booking Confirmation
Once your purchase has been completed, you will receive a booking confirmation email.
2. Ticket Delivery
Our delivery commitment is:
● Up to 24 hours before your visit for advance bookings.
● Up to 1 hour before your visit for bookings made less than 24 hours in advance.
Once your tickets are available, you will receive them by email. For your convenience, we may also send them via WhatsApp and/or SMS. Additionally, 24 hours before your visit, you will receive an automatic reminder through the same channels.
3. Exception: Guided Tours with On-Site Ticket Delivery
For guided tours, tickets are not sent in advance, as they are handed directly to the customer by the tour guide.
● Tickets are delivered at the meeting point on the day and time of the tour.
● Customers must arrive at the meeting point specified in their booking confirmation email.
The type of tour purchased (digital ticket delivery or on-site ticket delivery) is clearly indicated in the booking confirmation email sent immediately after purchase.
What is included with the purchase of a Sagrada Familia ticket?
All of our products include admission to the Sagrada Familia, except when purchasing the audio guide only.
What should I do if my booking includes an AUDIO GUIDE?
If your booking includes an audio guide, please follow the instructions provided in your booking confirmation email for downloading or collecting it.
What documents do I need to enter the Sagrada Familia?
You must bring a valid identity document, original passport, or physical driver's license.
Can I present my Sagrada Familia tickets in digital format?
Yes, absolutely. You may present your tickets in any digital format, provided that the QR code is clearly readable.
Do children need tickets to enter the Sagrada Familia?
Everyone, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket to enter the Sagrada Familia. Entry without a ticket is not permitted.
Can I modify or cancel my Sagrada Familia tickets?
Once a booking request has been made, and as clearly stated on our website and explicitly accepted during the purchase process—including the final step where the cancellation policy is accepted—it is not possible to modify the name, date, or time of the booking, nor cancel the tickets. Therefore, no refund is available under any circumstances. No exceptions apply for any reason (including COVID-19, illness, work-related issues, travel cancellation, etc.), as established and published by the FUNDACIÓN JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA DEL TEMPLE EXPIATORI DE LA SAGRADA FAMÍLIA (hereinafter, the "JUNTA CONSTRUCTORA"), owner of the Sagrada Familia in Barcelona: "Once tickets have been purchased, exchanges or refunds will not be accepted. All ticket purchases are final." Accordingly, once the purchase has been completed, THERE IS NO RIGHT TO A REFUND, in accordance with the monument's official regulations, except in the following circumstance:
If a purchased service cannot be provided due to the closure of the monument, you will be entitled to a full refund. The refund will be processed automatically using the same payment method used to purchase your Sagrada Familia tickets.
Can I exercise my right of withdrawal?
No. As established by Spanish Law 3/2014 of 27 March, amending the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary legislation, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, Article 103 provides an exception to the right of withdrawal for: "The supply of services related to leisure activities where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance."
Can I eat inside the Sagrada Familia?
Eating is not permitted inside the basilica. However, there are designated areas within the grounds where visitors can eat, rest, or use the restroom facilities.
Is there a luggage storage service at the Sagrada Familia?
No, there are no luggage storage facilities available.
Is the Sagrada Familia visit cancelled if it rains?
No. Visits to the Sagrada Familia take place regardless of weather conditions.
What happens if the Sagrada Familia closes?
On rare occasions, the monument may notify us of a closure with very little notice. In such cases, we can either reschedule your visit for another date or provide you with a full refund. Monument closures are extremely uncommon.
